Behavioural Targeting – Identify Valuable Visitors with the Web Radar

The web radar technology is used in the ITyX solution Mediatrix WEB SCOUT to identify valuable visitors to the internet pages based on their behaviour (behavioural targeting) and to pro-actively invite them to a live consultation using video, chat and co-browsing. In this way, purchase obstacles are reduced, conversion rates optimised and from the perspective of the visitor, rapport developed for a sustainable service experience.

The web radar uses a range of active, server based processes. They measure, for example, the visit behaviour, the length of stay on a certain content or individual activities to assess the value of the visitor individually in terms set by the organisation. Dependent on available staff in customer service, those visitors receive an invitation to a live consultation, guaranteeing they receive best advice, help or support with their transaction..

ITyX Technology for Behavioural Targeting includes eg:
