Süleyman Arayan

is the founder of the ITyX Group and has been actively developing software solutions in banking and insurance since 1995. He is responsible for the business areas research and development, along with product management. The computer scientist has an amazing inventiveness and a sixth sense for successful solutions.

Andreas Klug

Andreas Klug has been professionally focused on innovative solutions in contact centre environments since 1993. He managed issues such as ACD/CRM integration for banking and later on for wireless communication as a senior consultant before becoming ITyX Managing Director in 2003. He is responsible for marketing, public relations and sales, although he cannot keep his hands off the occasional co-ordination of projects for ITyX Professional Services.
